Position: Branch Manager (Sarawak)

  • Manage the entire operations and administration of the branch and Branch Profit & Loss.
  • Handle Products and Project Management from Tender Submission to Project Closure.
  • Oversee Project Team assigned to ensure efficient use of company resources, smooth project execution & implementation within project schedule.
  • Oversee Project Team assigned to ensure project documentations of all correspondences and exchanges between customers and contractors/suppliers are in good order.
  • Manage project cash flow effectively by ensuring Project Progressive Claims are submitted regularly in accordance with contract terms.
  • Co-ordinate closely with Director to ensure that Project Terms of Sales are clearly understood and executed within contract requirements.
  • Co-ordinate closely with Accounts to ensure that Progressive Claims being submitted are settled in accordance with Sales Contract Terms.
  • Ensure that Internal & External Contractors are properly managed by the Project Engineer.
  • Review regularly with Project Team to ensure that work variations are carried with proper documentation and instructions from Sales in Charge.
  • Responsible to update and review with Sales in Charge on customer feedback, project schedules and claim status.
  • Ensure that Sales in Charge had generated customer quotes for all variation work and had received official instructions or purchase order from customer before proceeding with the actual work.
  • Other works to be assigned by Management as and when needed.

Job Requirement:
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronic), Computer Science / Information Technology equivalent.
  • With working experiences.
  • Good communication skill and computer literate.


Position: Project Sales Engineer
  • Carry out marketing & sales of company's solutions in ICT, ELV (CCTV, PA,ACS) & BMS System.
  • Provide advice to customers on selection of products/solutions.
  • Preparation of quotation, follow-up with customer to secure the orders, maintain strong link with potential and existing customers.
Job Requirement:
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication / Electrical & Electronic), Computer Science / Information Technology equivalent.
  • With working experience / Fresh graduate.
  • Good written and verbal communication skill and presentation skills.
  • Experience in CCTV, IT Security or ELV System will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track records in securing RM 500K full turnkey contracts or above.
  • Self motivated results oriented, analytical and possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Able to work well independently as well in a team.
  • Possess own transport.

Position: Sales Engineer

  • Sharing sales experience and reporting the problem to the management.
  • Developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationships with sustain sales volume.
  • Achieving for new market penetration and sourcing for new customers.
  • Updating the awareness of competitors' activities to management.
  • Achieving sales target given by the management.

Job Requirement:
  • Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.
  • With working experience / Fresh graduate.

Position: Software Sales Executive – Education
  • Expertise in communicating the value and benefits of our Education software to prospective customers, as well as successfully managing current client accounts while working with all internal stakeholders on driving business forward.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into education services opportunities.
  • Provide educational expertise when attending seminars, trade shows, sales meetings, and other events delivering high quality pre-service sales support including delivering in-person product demos/presentations.
  • Manage sales cycles with various decision makers at large colleges and universities.
  • Formulate sales strategies and manage the appropriate sales resources to secure new business.
  • Aggressively drive product and service program launches from inception to sales.
  • Effectively leverage the sales resources to develop and secure new opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable with and knows the importance of connecting with prospects via networking, calls, emails, social media, and live discussions either on-site or during events to uncover opportunities.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to excite/relate to educators at all levels/in all subject areas.
